We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Management Trainee to join our dynamic team at EZVisa & Immigration Pvt Ltd at our Kottayam Branch. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to kick-start their careers in the immigration industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing daily operations of the immigration consultancy. Support senior management in strategic planning and decision-making. Conduct research and analysis on immigration policies and market trends. Collaborate with team members to ensure excellent client service. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance professional skills. Lead and manage the immigration team to achieve branch and individual targets. Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on various visa categories, including: Australia & Canada PR, Skilled Worker Visas, Study Visas, Visit and Tourist Visas, Permanent Residency (PR) Visas. Stay updated with immigration policies and requirements of countries like Germany, UK, and other European countries.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A keen interest in the immigration industry and willingness to learn. Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of experience are welcome Mostly prefer freshers with excellent communication.
