Role Overview
The
Management Trainee Program
is designed to provide comprehensive, hands-on exposure across key functional areas of the organization. This rotational program offers learning opportunities in
Front Office Management, Administration, Human Resources, Sales, Marketing,
and
General Management
.

Key Responsibilities
1. Front Office Management
Act as the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and stakeholders.
Handle reception duties, calls, emails, and correspondence professionally.
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations while maintaining a welcoming office environment.
2. Administrative Support
Assist in coordinating office operations, facilities, and resource management.
Manage documentation, filing systems, and departmental records.
Support scheduling, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and event planning.
3. Human Resources
Support end-to-end recruitment activities (sourcing, screening, interview coordination).
Assist in onboarding, induction, and employee engagement initiatives.
Maintain HR documentation and assist with payroll and compliance processes.
4. Sales & Business Development
Collaborate with the sales team to understand products and support client acquisition efforts.
Contribute to lead generation, client communication, and follow-ups.
Assist in data analysis, reporting, and market research to support sales strategies.
5. Marketing & Branding
Support the execution of online and offline marketing campaigns.
Contribute to social media management, content creation, and brand promotion.
Assist in organizing student engagement activities and community events.
6. General Management Exposure
Participate in rotational assignments across multiple departments for holistic business understanding.
Work with department heads to identify operational challenges and suggest improvements.
Prepare reports, presentations, and analytical summaries to support decision-making.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
Business Administration, Management, or related fields
