Role Overview

As a Management Trainee, you will play a key role in expanding our network by onboarding new business owners, managing portfolios, and driving engagement across digital and offline channels. Its a hands-on, growth-focused position ideal for individuals who are passionate about business development, networking, and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities

Business Onboarding & Outreach Identify and onboard new business owners through direct meetings, social media outreach, website inquiries, and campaign initiatives. Build and maintain strong relationships with members across various business categories. Portfolio & Documentation Management Maintain accurate records of member portfolios. Validate business documents and ensure compliance with onboarding standards. Marketing & Promotion Assist in creating and managing advertisements and promotional content. Provide strategic suggestions to help members grow their businesses. Coordinate and execute social media activities to boost visibility and engagement. Operations & Support Facilitate payment collection through approved banking channels. Offer guidance and support to team members and interns. Participate in planning and executing campaigns, events, and networking sessions.
