Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Generate and process customer invoices accurately and on time. Verify billing details with contracts, delivery notes, and service records. Reconcile accounts receivable and follow up on pending payments. Handle customer queries related to billing and resolve discrepancies. Maintain proper documentation of invoices, receipts, and credit notes. Coordinate with Operations and Sales teams for billing-related inputs.

Skills & Competencies:



Proficiency in

MS Excel

Strong knowledge of billing, accounting principles and basic knowledge of GST compliance. Excellent numerical accuracy and attention to detail. Good communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to work under tight deadlines.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
