GP Supply Chain is a pan-India logistics company with 60+ branches across the country. We specialize in air cargo transportation and manage logistics operations for leading MNC customers across India.
Role Overview
We are looking for a high-potential Management Trainee to work closely with the Directors and senior leadership team. This role provides direct exposure to top management discussions, decision-making processes, and day-to-day business operations, while supporting coordination and execution across teams.
This is a learning-intensive role designed for individuals who aspire to grow into leadership and managerial responsibilities over time.
Key Responsibilities
Work directly with Directors on daily priorities, follow-ups, and execution support
Coordinate with internal teams across departments to track action items and deadlines
Prepare reports, summaries, presentations, and basic data analysis (Excel-based)
Manage calendars, meetings, agendas, and meeting notes
Draft professional emails, internal communications, and documentation
Support management reviews, strategy discussions, and operational meetings
Handle sensitive information with a high level of confidentiality and discretion
Requirements
MBA fresher OR graduate with strong communication skills
Energetic, proactive, and comfortable interacting with senior leaders and junior executives
Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel and email tools
Ability to work with diverse teams and personalities
Trustworthy, loyal, and mature in handling confidential matters
Work Details
Work Location: Jakkur, Yelahanka, Bangalore.
Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Mon to Sat)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
