/ About the Role:

We are looking for bright, motivated individuals ready to kickstart their careers through a structured 6-month training and probation program. As a Management Trainee, you will gain hands-on exposure to diverse business functions and have the opportunity to be deployed across different roles in Share Trading, Insurance Broking, or People Solutions (Recruitment & HR Services).

This is your chance to explore multiple career paths, understand the Indian business landscape, and build a foundation for long-term growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Participate in a structured and hands-on training program (6 months) covering industry knowledge, business processes and client engagement. Rotate across various roles/functions to gain exposure in Share Trading, Insurance Broking and People Solutions. Support business operations, client servicing, and internal projects under mentorship. Assist in research, analysis and reporting to drive business decisions. Build relationships with teams across cities and functions. Contribute to process improvements and innovative solutions in day-to-day operations.

Ideal Background:

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience. Any discipline is welcome; interest in finance, HR, or business operations is a plus. Prior internships or exposure to corporate environment is advantageous.
