Job Opening: Management Trainee- IT Sales
Location: Gurgaon
Key Responsibilities:

o Identify and generate new business leads through cold calling, networking, and online research. o Understand client requirements and pitch relevant IT solutions offered by Vatsin. o Schedule meetings, demos, and follow-ups with potential clients. o Assist senior sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and sales documentation. o Maintain accurate records of leads, prospects, and interactions in CRM tools. o Coordinate with technical and delivery teams to address client queries. o Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. o Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
o MBA / BBA / Graduate in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration (Freshers are welcome). o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. o Strong presentation and negotiation abilities. o High energy, willingness to learn, and a target-driven mindset. o Basic understanding of IT/software solutions (an added advantage but not mandatory). o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
