About the internship

We are hiring for Bakelite Food Processing Private Limited - a renowned name in bakery products, situated in Pune, Maharashtra. The company is formed by Mr. Sachin Malpani, an entrepreneur, in the year 1999. We have efficiently provided pure vegetarian packaged bakery products to consumers in a market scenario dominated by local bakeries where there was no demarcation between veg and non-veg products.

Our products go through stringent quality checks and are produced in a hygienic environment thereby gaining customer trust in a market dominated by local bakeries where health and hygiene is a big question mark. We are available with the retailers of grocery stores, food stores, modern trade (MT), stand-alone self-service outlets (SAMFO), e-commerce, chai tapris, and HORECA sector as well.

Company\'s mission: To serve people quality, delicious, hygienically processed food products in an effective and innovative way.

Selected intern\'s day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct a market survey of general retail and HORECA
2. Find out need gaps in the market in terms of range selling
3. Conduct competitor analysis
4. Become the offline influencer and ambassador for the brand
5. Generate inquiries from the retail market as well as HORECA and pass them on to the sales team
