Role Summary
We are looking for an enthusiastic
Management Trainee - International Sales
(MBA fresher) to join our International Sales team. This role is designed as a structured
trainee program
to equip you with comprehensive exposure to global sales operations, export documentation, market research, and customer engagement -- with a clear growth path into international business roles.
Key Responsibilities
As a Management Trainee in International Sales, you will:
Support the International Sales team in daily export sales activities
Assist in identifying new overseas markets, distributors, and potential clients
Prepare competitive quotations and commercial proposals for international customers
Help manage export documentation, logistics coordination, and shipment tracking
Communicate regularly with international clients via email, phone, and virtual calls
Coordinate with internal functions (production, finance, logistics) to ensure timely delivery
Maintain and update CRM data, sales pipelines, and monthly performance reports
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to uncover business opportunities
Learn pricing strategies including INCOTERMS, export pricing, duties and taxes
Support international trade shows and virtual fairs participation
Eligibility / Who Should Apply
? MBA Freshers (Marketing, International Business, Sales & Operations or related)
? Excellent communication skills (written & spoken English)
? Strong interest in international sales and export business
? Good analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
? Comfortable with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
