Management Trainee - HR Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Management Trainee to join our Human Resources department. This role is designed for a recent MBA graduate who is passionate about human resources and eager to develop comprehensive expertise across all HR functions. The successful candidate will work closely with senior HR professionals and consultants to gain hands-on experience in talent management, employee relations, policy development, and strategic HR initiatives while contributing to various projects and operational activities.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring various projects from inception to completion
Support the implementation of new systems, processes, and technology solutions
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders
Track project timelines and deliverables ensuring quality standards are met
Prepare regular project status reports and presentations
Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail and meeting deadlines
Facilitate communication between client and team members to ensure seamless service delivery
Coordinate meetings, presentations, and training sessions with various stakeholders
Maintain professional relationships with external vendors, recruitment agencies, and service providers
Respond promptly to client queries and provide accurate information on HR policies and procedures
Collaborate with strategy, Finance, Operations, Legal, and other teams on projects and initiatives
Coordinate recruitment drives, employee engagement initiatives, and organizational development programs
Draft, review, and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook materials
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies in all HR documentation
Support audit processes by preparing required documentation and reports
Required Qualifications
MBA in Human Resources
from an accredited institution
Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
Knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
with ability to interact professionally at all organizational levels
Strong time management abilities
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Slide, Sheet,etc)
Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?13,000.00 - ?15,000.00 per month
