Job Description

Role & responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, scheduling interviews, offer coordination, and onboarding
  • Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
  • Support attendance, leave, and payroll coordination with internal teams/vendors
  • Assist in HR policies, compliance, and documentation
  • Coordinate training programs, engagement activities, and HR initiatives
  • Handle employee queries related to HR processes
  • Support performance management and appraisal documentation
  • Ensure timely HR MIS reports and data accuracy
  • Assist in statutory and compliance-related activities (PF, ESIC, etc.)
Preferred candidate profile
  • MBA/MSW/PGDM in HR or relevant discipline.
  • 0 - 2 years of experience in HR (freshers can apply).
  • Basic knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and HR systems.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
