We're looking for an energetic and driven Management Trainee -HR to support our HR
team in daily operations, employee engagement, and key talent initiatives. This role is ideal
for someone passionate about people, processes, and creating a positive work culture.
Key Responsibilities
? Assist in end-to-end recruitment: screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and
coordinating with candidates
? Support onboarding and documentation processes for new hires
? Maintain and update HR records, databases, and attendance reports
? Help plan and execute employee engagement activities
? Assist with HR policy communication and awareness campaigns
? Contribute to HR audits, compliance, and MIS report generation
? Be a part of special projects (e.g., grievance redressal, training sessions, feedback
surveys)
Requirements
? Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, or related field
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills
? Basic understanding of HR functions and MS Office/Google Workspace
? Detail-oriented, organized, and a team player
? Eagerness to learn and take initiative

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
