The Management Trainee - HRBP will support core HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, HR operations, documentation, and employee coordination, while gaining hands-on exposure to end-to-end HR processes, Pay roll, leaves etc.
Key Responsibilities
Support
end-to-end recruitment
(screening, interviews, coordination, joining formalities)
Assist in
employee onboarding and induction
processes
Maintain
employee records, HR files, and MIS reports
Coordinate
attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
with accounts/team
Assist in preparation of
HR letters
(offer, appointment, confirmation, etc.)
Support implementation of
HR policies and procedures
Handle employee queries and day-to-day HR coordination
Assist in engagement activities and HR compliance documentation
Payroll and Attendance management.
Qualifications & Experience
MBA / PGDM in Human Resources
Fresher to 1 year experience
Exposure to HR operations or internships preferred
