We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our HR team as a Management Trainee. This role is designed to provide comprehensive exposure to various HR functions, develop managerial capabilities, and prepare the candidate for a long-term career in Human Resources.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding.
Assist in HR operations including employee documentation, database management, and compliance.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives and support the organization of events and activities.
Contribute to the implementation of learning & development programs.
Work with the HR team on performance management and appraisal cycles.
Assist in policy implementation and support grievance redressal processes.
Support HR analytics by compiling reports and analyzing workforce data.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on HR-related projects.
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Candidates with up to 1 year of experience in HR or related internships.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with HRMS tools is a plus.
Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
