Support end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.
Assist in payroll processing by maintaining accurate employee data, ensuring timely salary disbursement, and supporting statutory compliance.
Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, address employee concerns, and contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
Assist in execution of the performance management cycle by supporting goal setting, mid-year and annual reviews, and tracking completion.
Help plan and organize training sessions, track participation, and collect feedback to evaluate training effectiveness.
Manage HR operations including onboarding, issuing letters, maintaining employee records, and supporting the full employee lifecycle.
Support compliance with labor laws and company policies, assist in audits, and help with policy communication and updates.
Eligibility:
Must have Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources.
Should be a fresher (2025 batch only)
Must be in acommutable distance from the job location.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
