HR Management Trainees

to support critical HR functions across multiple retail locations. This role offers hands-on exposure to all key HR operations while building a strong foundation for future leadership.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Onboarding

Source, evaluate, and hire talent as per business needs. Ensure a seamless onboarding experience.

Employee Engagement

Design and implement engagement activities to boost morale, retention, and team collaboration.

Employee Connect

Conduct regular connect sessions, policy briefings, and feedback initiatives to drive inclusiveness.

Performance Management

Assist in executing PMS processes, job rotations, and improvement plans for performance enhancement.

HR Analytics

Collect and present actionable workforce insights for strategic decision-making.

Grievance Management

Address employee concerns with empathy, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.

Excellent verbal and written communication

Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

Problem-solving mindset with data-driven thinking

Knowledge of HR operations, labor laws, and compliance

Willingness to travel to store locations as needed
