Manual
. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and have experience in end-to-end recruitment and HR documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft and coordinate content for Shalby ELITE and the JD Manual* Write and finalize job descriptions in collaboration with department heads
Handle recruitment: posting jobs, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, salary negotiation, offer rollout
Oversee joining formalities: documentation, ID generation, induction
Assist with employee transfers, HR scorecards, KRAs, and monthly HR data reporting
Coordinate with corporate communication and internal teams as needed
Support with presentations and additional HR assignments
Preferred Background:
Experience in recruitment and HR coordination
Strong writing and communication skills
Familiarity with HRMS and tools like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
