Job Description

We are looking for Management Trainee to drive the Finance and HR implementation processes to our various clients. The candidates will undergo a

6-month training

, during which they will work closely with Management/operations team, participate in day-to-day operations, and contribute to process improvements and organizational growth. Upon successful completion of the training period, candidates will be offered a permanent employment opportunity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:



Assist the Operations team in coordinating daily activities and ensuring smooth workflow.

Support in the preparation, processing, and tracking of invoices and related documentation.

Conduct follow-ups with clients and operational updates.

Help maintain accurate records of operational data and reports.

Handle administrative and coordination tasks as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications:



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration HR, Finance, or related field.

Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

A proactive attitude and willingness to learn operational processes.
