Job Description


As a MT you will undertake and support decision-making with real-time analysis. Identify areas for improvement, evaluate problems and opportunities within the business, through the use of modeling and scenario analysis evaluate the feasibility of a solution and possible outcomes, present the solution and develop the business case for implementing it, monitor the continued need for and success of the solution and adapt as necessary.

Job Profile:

- Advising senior management on key strategic decisions.

- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.

- Conducting meetings with management and presentations to share ideas and finding.

- Leading cross functional projects to derive overall efficiency.

- Multiple visits to various locations considering the project and hypothesis testing.

- Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing reports.

- Driving and challenging the presumptions of business units on how they will successfully execute their plans.

- Construct workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications.

- Define project requirements by identifying project milestones, phases and elements; forming project team; establishing project budget.

- Maintain user confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential.

- Validate resource requirements and develop cost estimate models.

- Develop integrated business analyses and projections for incorporation into strategic decision-making.

- Quarterly and yearly planning disseminated into territory level.

- Review a variety of areas including operations, purchasing, inventory, distribution and facilities.

- Understand and communicate the financial and operational impact of any changes.

Job Specification:

- Qualification: MBA, PGDM

- Healthcare knowledge is an added advantage.

- Languages: English, Hindi, Regional.
