About the Role



We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic

Management Trainee - Growth

who aspires to become a

business builder and growth champion

. In this role, you will work on

Marketing, Sales, and Go-to-Market execution

across

FinTech, HealthTech, RetailTech, and CleanTech

, while gaining hands-on exposure to enterprise domains such as

Accounting, Marketing, Sales, HR, and other functions

.

This is a launchpad role to groom you into a

future leader in Business Development, Sales Strategy, and Growth Execution

-- blending

digital-first strategies with phygital (digital + physical) engagement models

to accelerate business success.

Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Exposure Phase



Participate in structured rotations across industries (fintech, healthtech, retailtech, cleantech) and domains (sales, HR, accounting, marketing). Shadow senior leaders to understand how new-age businesses are built and scaled. Support in strategy formulation, research, and market validation initiatives.

Marketing & Growth Execution



Work on

digital marketing campaigns

(SEO, SEM, social, content, and performance marketing). Contribute to

phygital marketing models

like hybrid events, experiential activations, and customer engagement programs. Analyze campaign performance data to recommend improvements and ROI-focused optimizations.

Sales & Business Development



Assist in lead generation, client outreach, and pipeline management across B2B and B2C contexts. Support sales teams in proposal creation, presentations, and negotiations. Track customer journeys to optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention.

Enterprise Functions & Cross-Functional Exposure



Gain insights into how sales and marketing integrate with accounting, HR, and other enterprise functions. Work with cross-functional teams to design business processes that enable sustainable growth.

Qualifications



Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields. Passion for

business growth, digital innovation, and customer engagement

. Strong analytical mindset with interest in marketing metrics and sales pipelines. Excellent communication and persuasion skills. A self-starter who thrives in dynamic, cross-functional environments.
