Key ResponsibilitiesLearning & Exposure Phase
Participate in structured rotations across industries (fintech, healthtech, retailtech, cleantech) and domains (sales, HR, accounting, marketing).
Shadow senior leaders to understand how new-age businesses are built and scaled.
Support in strategy formulation, research, and market validation initiatives.
Marketing & Growth Execution
Work on
digital marketing campaigns
(SEO, SEM, social, content, and performance marketing).
Contribute to
phygital marketing models
like hybrid events, experiential activations, and customer engagement programs.
Analyze campaign performance data to recommend improvements and ROI-focused optimizations.
Sales & Business Development
Assist in lead generation, client outreach, and pipeline management across B2B and B2C contexts.
Support sales teams in proposal creation, presentations, and negotiations.
Track customer journeys to optimize acquisition, conversion, and retention.
Enterprise Functions & Cross-Functional Exposure
Gain insights into how sales and marketing integrate with accounting, HR, and other enterprise functions.
Work with cross-functional teams to design business processes that enable sustainable growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields.
Passion for
business growth, digital innovation, and customer engagement

Strong analytical mindset with interest in marketing metrics and sales pipelines.
