to join our Growth Department as Management Trainees, working closely with the leadership team on strategic and operational initiatives. This role is designed to provide hands-on exposure to multiple business functions and fast-track learning in a dynamic manufacturing and marketing environment.
The selected candidates will function in a Founder's Office-style role, supporting key projects, business analysis, process improvements, and cross-functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Work closely with management on growth initiatives, new projects, and business expansion plans.
Collect, analyze, and present data related to sales, operations, production, and market trends.
Support implementation of strategic decisions across departments and track progress.
Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Marketing, Production, Supply Chain, and HR for project execution.
Prepare reports, dashboards, presentations, and MIS for management review.
Identify process gaps and suggest efficiency improvements.
Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.
Take ownership of assigned projects from planning to execution under leadership guidance.

Required Qualifications:

Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and basic data analysis.
Willingness to work in a fast-paced, multi-functional environment.
