As a Management Trainee, you will undergo intensive on-the-job training across multiple departments to understand the company's operations, processes, and strategic goals. You will be assigned critical projects and work directly with department heads and leadership teams to build business acumen and cross-functional knowledge.
Key Responsibilities:
Participate in rotational assignments across key functions (e.g., Accounting, operations, Sales, Strategy, HR, etc.)
Assist in day-to-day operations, business analysis, and strategic planning
Work on live projects with cross-functional teams to solve real business problems
Prepare reports, presentations, and data analysis to support management decision-making
Hands on training and live work on investment accounting
Provide suggestions to streamline processes, improve efficiencies, or enhance customer experience
Shadow senior managers and contribute to department-specific initiatives
Present final learnings and improvement ideas to leadership at the end of the program
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Management, Finance, Economics, or related fields
0-1 year of work experience (fresh graduates and students in last year of college are welcome)
Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
High learning agility and adaptability
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); additional tools like SQL, Power BI, etc. are a plus
A proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and lead initiatives
