Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and organised Management Trainee to work directly with the founder across internal operations, basic design tasks, content and execution of select marketing activities. This is not a rotational trainee role, but a hands-on, full-time position ideal for someone who wants to grow in a startup environment and work across different functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the founder with backend operations and follow-up on team deliverables
Manage internal trackers using Excel/Google Sheets
Help execute marketing-related tasks like ideation & writing content
Create simple visual content using Canva (presentations, creatives, etc.)
Coordinate with vendors, manage small shoots
Own and execute small internal projects end-to-end
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Strong communication skills, especially written English
Highly organised and detail-oriented
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets
Familiarity with Canva or other design tools
Self-starter with a strong willingness to learn
Based in Kolkata and available full-time on-site
Nice to Have (Not Required):
Experience with tools like Trello, Notion, or Google Workspace
SEO knowledge or exposure to digital marketing
