We are looking for a motivated
Management Trainee
to join the
Founder's Office
. This role provides exposure to both strategic initiatives and client-facing interactions, offering a strong foundation for future career growth.
Key Responsibilities
Support the Founders in daily operations, scheduling, and task coordination.
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting briefs.
Track strategic initiatives and ensure timely follow-ups.
Handle confidential information with professionalism.
Act as a communication bridge between clients and internal teams.
Support client onboarding and ensure smooth delivery of services.
Resolve client queries and provide timely updates.
Build long-term client relationships to drive satisfaction and retention.
Who We're Looking For
Graduate/Post-Graduate in Business Administration/Commerce/Marketing or related field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
