Management Trainees - Finance

with

excellent English communication skills

to join our team. This role offers hands-on exposure to core finance functions, accounting, reporting, and analysis and is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong career in Finance.

Key Responsibilities

Support day-to-day accounting and finance operations. Assist in preparation of MIS reports, financial statements, and reconciliations. Work with senior team members on budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. Perform data entry, validation, and documentation activities. Assist in audits, compliance activities, and internal control checks. Learn and use ERP/financial systems as part of training. Handle administrative and support tasks related to finance projects.

Required Skills

Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)

. Strong interest in Finance & Accounting. Good understanding of basic accounting and financial concepts. Proficiency in MS Excel; ability to work comfortably with numbers. Strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, and a positive attitude. Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment. Attention to detail with good analytical abilities.

Who Can Apply

Fresh graduates from

Commerce or Finance background

. Internship experience in accounting/finance will be an added advantage.
