Key Responsibilities:
Support financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
Analyze financial data and prepare detailed MIS reports with actionable insights.
Monitor business performance against budgets and identify key variances.
Assist in cost analysis, margin analysis, and profitability assessments.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial inputs for strategic and operational decisions.
Develop, maintain, and improve financial models, dashboards, and reporting systems.
Ensure adherence to accounting standards, internal controls, and company policies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
CA Inter preferred

0-1 year of relevant industry experience
in financial analysis, preferably in retail or allied sectors.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Age below 35 years.
