Group Concorde is currently hiring for the position of Management Trainee in the Customer Services Department. This role is perfect for fresh graduates or individuals looking to kickstart their career in sales. As a Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training and development to equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary for a successful career in sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Training:

Participate in intensive sales training programs to understand the company's products, sales strategies, and market dynamics.

Client Relationship Management:

Learn and develop skills in managing and developing client relationships.

Market Research:

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand the competitive landscape.

Sales Support:

Assist the sales head and contribute to team efforts by preparing presentations, proposals, and reports.

CRM Management:

Learn to use and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track sales activities and customer interactions.

Lead Generation:

Help generate new sales leads through various methods such as cold calling, networking, and attending industry events.

Sales Reporting:

Prepare and analyze sales reports to monitor progress towards targets and identify areas for improvement.

Market Trends:

Stay updated on market trends and provide support as needed.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Eagerness to learn and a proactive attitude. Previous internship or work experience in sales or customer service is a plus. Analytical mindset and attention to detail.
