As a Management Trainee, your responsibilities will be focused on effective execution of CRM
(Customer Relationship Management)
functions. You will be required to:
Assist in onboarding new customers after flat booking.
Support in handling customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries.
Help maintain and update CRM software with customer data.
Follow up with customers for documents, payments, or clarification.
Assist in preparing project progress updates and communication content.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, legal, etc.) to track the status of customer requests.
Participate in organizing customer visits and handover processes.
Gather feedback from customers and report common issues to the CRM team.
Real estate sales and after-sales lifecycle
Qualification:
MBA Graduate (Fresher)
Interest in CRM
Future Opportunities:
After completing training period of six months, trainee may be offered a full-time role based on performance and business needs.
