Job Title: Customer Relationship Management- Real Estate
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in onboarding new customers after flat booking.
Support in handling customer calls, emails, and WhatsApp queries.
Help maintain and update CRM software with customer data.
Follow up with customers for documents, payments, or clarification.
Assist in preparing project progress updates and communication content.
Coordinate with internal teams (sales, finance, legal, etc.) to track the status of customer requests.
Participate in organizing customer visits and handover processes.
Gather feedback from customers and report common issues to the CRM team.
Skills Required:
Good verbal and written communication
Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Sheets, and email tools
A customer-first mindset with a polite and patient attitude
Eagerness to learn real estate operations and CRM processes
Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
