We are looking for a

Management Trainee - Business Development

to work closely with the

Business Head

across new business initiatives and existing operations within the Sparkle Group.

This role offers hands-on exposure to

business development, sales support, market research, and operations

, and is ideal for candidates who want to build a strong foundation in how real businesses operate.

Key Responsibilities

New Business & Market Development

Support research and execution for new business initiatives Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and opportunity tracking Prepare comparison sheets, basic analysis, and reports Support pricing and go-to-market activities

Sales & Operations Support

Assist B2B sales teams with lead tracking and follow-ups Coordinate with internal teams (sales, service, accounts) Support day-to-day operational execution and documentation Assist in special projects and process improvements

Exposure & Learning

Attend select customer meetings or site visits (local) Learn practical aspects of business development and operations

Candidate Profile

Eligibility

0-3 years of experience Fresh graduates from any discipline are welcome Strong interest in business development and learning

Skills & Traits

Good written and spoken English Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets / basic documentation Self-driven, reliable, and good at follow-ups Willingness to learn and take responsibility

What You Will Gain

Compensation

?15,000 to ?30,000 based on experience
