Job Description

Management Trainee in the new world driven by AI. The role involves applying acquired knowledge with available CodlessAI Software Application Design Studio into a full fledged application. The training involves researching the process, use various AI tools to build AI Enabled Software application that automates the process under consideration between 60-80% and work on partnering with providers for the remaining services for effective end-to-end solution for the area under consideration. Below are the areas:

Business Insights & Intelligence - Charts, dashboards, data analysis and modeling AI - Chatbots, AI / ML Modeling, RPA, GenAI Integrations Software Product Development for the above related Processes

Qualifications:

MBA or equivalent business experience is a plus. Fair understanding of AI and ML technologies, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels. Strategic mindset with the ability to think analytically, identify opportunities, and make data-driven decisions. Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for innovation and a drive to succeed in a fast-paced and dynamic startup environment.

Additional Information:

6 months' training @ 7500/-pm Stipend 15000/-pm and above upon confirmation and based on performance, plus additional quarterly performance bonus. 3 Months interim review for exceptional performers and early confirmation Work Location: In person at Thane Only Mumbai/Thane candidates will be preferred
