We are inviting applications for the role of Management Trainee, MIS - Excel/ Macros/ Bi tools

• Manage Day to Day MIS / WFM / Billing and Invoices for Banking domain
• Need to Maintain & Publish Daily, weekly, MTD & YTD reports related to SL's & KPI of the process
• Should be good in scheduling and rostering employee, Forecasting contact volumes
• Managing on a day-to-day basis (intraday management), in case of unexpected rises in contact volumes or absenteeism
• Real-time management, multi-channel activity tracking
• Responsible for revenue (Billing & Invoices)
• Develops MIS documentation to allow for smooth operations and easy system maintenance.
• Provide recommendations to update current MIS to improve reporting efficiency and consistency.
• Perform data analysis for generating reports on periodic basis.
• Develop MIS system for customer management and internal communication.
• Provide strong reporting and analytical information support to management team.
• Generate both periodic and ad hoc reports as needed.
• Understand customer problems and provide appropriate technical solutions.
• Analyze business information to identify process improvements for increasing business efficiency and effectiveness.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to resolve recurring customer issues.
• Provide customer support and assistance in issue troubleshooting and resolution.
• Generate and distribute management reports in accurate and timely manner.

Qualifications we seek in you

• Work experience background required (describe work exp of suitable candidates):
• Good analytical &communication skills, team management of 2.5 Years Excel,
• Macros and BI tool experience
• Customer service background
• Excellent Analytical & Communication skills
• Self-motivated and execution oriented
• Ability to work on Multi Tasks and should be flexible
• Team worker and should have people/peer management experience
• Customer Management exposure and good presentation skills is a must
• Displays a "Can do attitude" during times of constraints and challenges
• Leads by example with High Value and Integrity

Preferred qualifications

• Any Graduate +Preferred MBA
• Experience in BPO in MIS- Excel, Macros, Power BI or Any BI tool
• Strong interpersonal & Management skill.
• Ability to work & communicate with people across organizational unit.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to problem solving.
