Job Summary

We are seeking a

Management Representative (MR)

to oversee ISO:9001:2015 implementation, manage production and quality improvements, and ensure smooth plant operations. The role also involves handling

PPAP documentation

, driving

new product development

, resolving customer complaints, and leading continuous improvements in both production and quality systems.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

Lead

Documentation, Implementation, and Maintenance of ISO:9001:2015

standards across the organization. Prepare, maintain, and submit

PPAP (Production Part Approval Process) documents

to meet customer and industry requirements. Drive

new product development

, coordinating with customers, suppliers, and internal teams from concept to final approval. Conduct

production analysis

and implement strategies for efficiency, cost reduction, and productivity upgrades. Oversee

quality control and assurance

systems, ensuring compliance with international standards and customer specifications. Manage

customer complaints

: record, analyze, resolve, and follow up until closure. Plan, schedule, and monitor

production activities

to meet delivery timelines and quality requirements. Coordinate cross-functional teams for

continual improvement projects

in productivity, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Prepare and maintain required

reports, audits, and compliance documentation

. Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the plant with a focus on safety, discipline, and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

Graduate / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Production, or related engineering discipline. Proven experience as

MR (Management Representative)

and/or

Plant In-Charge

in a manufacturing setup. Strong knowledge of

ISO:9001:2015 standards

,

PPAP documentation

, and

audit processes

. Skilled in

production and quality analysis

, with hands-on problem-solving ability. Exposure to

new product development cycles

and customer approval processes. Good communication and leadership skills to handle teams and customer interactions. Well-experienced and highly skilled professional with a track record of operational excellence.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
