Job Description

We are looking for a organized and responsible

MIS Executive

to manage operational data, coordinate with logistics and transport teams, and support smooth flow of information across departments. This role involves preparing reports, maintaining system data, and ensuring timely communication with transporters, suppliers, and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare R.O.s (Release Orders) and S.O.s (Sales Orders)

accurately and in a timely manner.

Feed monthly orders

into the system and ensure all records are up to date.

Prepare daily data

for materials lifted from the

Plant

and circulate it to concerned departments.

Coordinate & follow up with transporters

for vehicle placement, loading schedules, and dispatch to our godown. Maintain daily dispatch records and update MIS dashboards.

Follow up for monthly DN/CN

and ensure proper documentation. Assist in managing

quality complaints

, maintain logs, and coordinate for resolution with concerned teams. Ensure accuracy and completeness of all MIS reports. Support management with data-driven insights for planning and decision-making.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Completed Higher Secondary (+2) or Graduation (+3) in any discipline. Strong command of

Excel

,

Google Sheets

, and basic data analysis skills. Knowledge of order processing and logistics coordination. Good communication and follow-up skills with transporters and field teams. Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet reporting deadlines. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving ability.

Preferred Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in MIS, logistics coordination, or order processing. Familiar with Tally systems Experience in steel, manufacturing, logistics, or trading industry (added advantage).
