Job Description

We're looking for a smart, tech-savvy person who can help streamline and automate key factory operations using Google Sheets or an ERP software. You will work directly with the management team to build automated systems for production tracking, inventory, sales reporting, and other operational processes.

Responsibilities:

Build and maintain Google Sheets systems for tracking production, sales, purchases, inventory, etc. Create dashboards and reports to help management make faster decisions. Integrate Google Sheets with tools like Gmail, Forms, and WhatsApp (if needed). Identify process inefficiencies and propose digital solutions. Train team members on how to use these systems.

Requirements:

Strong expertise in

Google Sheets

(formulas, pivot tables, data validation, etc.) Experience with

Google Apps Script

or similar automation tools. Basic understanding of business operations or manufacturing workflows is a plus. Self-motivated and good at problem-solving. (Optional) Experience with Excel VBA, Zapier, or APIs is a bonus.

Report Generation & Analysis:

Generate daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports. Analyze data trends, KPIs, and other metrics to provide actionable insights to management. Support functional teams with reports that enhance their operational performance (e.g., sales, inventory, production).

Skills & Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, B.Tech, or related field.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in data management, reporting, or MIS functions, preferably within the relevant industry.
Location: Jaipur- Head Office

Working Time- 10:30AM- 7PM (IST)

Work Arrangement: Work From Office and travel to factory when required
