Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Management Faculty to join our team. You will deliver engaging sessions, mentor students, and maintain high academic standards in our management and professional programs.

Key Responsibilities

Teach and facilitate courses in Business & Management (Leadership, HR, Marketing, Finance, Strategy, Hospital Administration & Office Administration etc.) Prepare lesson plans, case studies, and interactive learning materials Guide students through projects, internships, and real-world problem-solving Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback Contribute to curriculum development and academic planning Collaborate with industry experts and guest speakers to enrich learning

Requirements

Master's Degree (MBA or equivalent) in Management / Business Administration Prior teaching or corporate training experience preferred Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills Ability to integrate practical insights with theoretical knowledge Passion for student growth and innovative teaching methods
