Responsibilities :

o Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.

Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and schedules. Manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing guidance, and monitoring performance. Allocate work effectively to team members based on their skills and experience. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders. Ensure that projects meet quality standards and client requirements. Provide strategic guidance and support to clients. Manage client relationships and expectations. Contribute to the development of project management best practices.

Must Have skills :

o .Net Developer

Team and Project Handling Work Allocation Domain- Healthcare, EHR, US HealthCare Software Development and Project Management Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall). Experience with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Jira). Experience with client relationship management. * PMP certification is a plus.
