Management Consultant (Assamese) - Oil & Gas/Energy/Power - Global Consulting Firm - Contractual Role

- At Outsized, we match clients in financial services and management consulting to high-quality independent consultants and boutique/specialist firms for the execution of their key projects.

- Our client, a global consulting firm, is currently engaged in a consulting project with an Indian Oil & Gas PSU in the Exploration & Production sector. Their role involves aiding in the development of a comprehensive Corporate & Portfolio Strategy, along with an Implementation Roadmap to match.

- To assist the case team, they are seeking a consultant with Assamese background who possesses previous experience in the Oil & Gas, Renewable Energy, New Energy, or Power Sector.

The following outlines the duties of the consultant :

- Assist in developing a strategy for the client based on the project scope and evolving requirements

- Take ownership of all assigned tasks by utilising a project management framework to ensure successful delivery

- Deliver findings and recommendations to clients

- Implement solutions or recommendations and provide the necessary support to the client to carry out the implementation

- Ensure effective governance and controls through reporting, budget, risk, and issue management

- Manage the overall module while collaborating with the rest of the project team, including partners

- Engage in effective communication and senior stakeholder management

Key qualifications include :

A. Language/Regional proficiency :

- Assamese language proficiency and/or

- Fluency in spoken Assamese and/or

- Upbringing and origin from Assam

This is a contractual opportunity and will be on an initial 12-month contract. The consultant will be required to be based in Delhi NCR for the project duration and this role will involve occasional travel to Assam & other locations in India on a need basis.
