Key Responsibilities
Track and monitor sales activities through daily stand-up meetings, reviewing progress, challenges, and action items
Support the sales team in identifying new business opportunities and strengthening existing client relationships
Analyze client data, market trends, and sales performance metrics to generate actionable insights
Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to support management decision-making
Assist in developing and implementing strategies to improve sales revenue
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely follow-up on leads, proposals, and client requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or a related field
1-2 years of experience in sales support, business consulting, client servicing, or a similar role
Excellent communication skills; fluency in
English and Malayalam
(spoken and written)
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to lead and manage daily stand-up discussions
Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
