Job Description
Primary Skills A management consultant with IT services background (preferably IT Infrastructure) and good understanding of IT operations and management Should have ability to create useful case studies, presentations & reports related to IT deployments/technology upgradations/New solution implementation for leadership review and marketing purposes Should have flair for research especially in IT services & technology domain and ability to bring useful insights for Decision making by the management. Strength in data analysis using BI tools viz. Power BI, Tableau and MS Excel is desired. Effective verbal and written communication skills including active collaboration with internal teams to implement initiatives ofimportance. Ability to perform in a fluid changing environment showing adaptability with minimal supervision. Secondary Skills Industrialization of IT artifacts and case studies by participating in internal & external global events for industry recognition and accolades
