About the job:

The P&C Management Associate Program will play a crucial role in supporting Workforce analytics and reporting, Business Partnering as well as key Talent projects within the INDIA region for Commercial Teams. This position will report to the Lead - Commercial, India and collaborate closely with other regional stakeholders to drive P&C programs and initiatives to enhance and elevate employee experience.

Main Responsibilities:

1. Analytics and Reporting:

Collect, consolidate, analyze, and interpret HR data to provide insights on workforce cost, trends, performance, and engagement. Map processes and automate routine HR tasks (e.g., joiner-mover-leaver workflows, approvals, exception tracking) using tools such as Power Automate, SharePoint lists, Forms, or low-code apps. Ensure

data integrity and governance

across HRIS/Workday, ATS, and sales operations feeds. Identify areas for improvement and recommend data-driven solutions.

2. HR Business Partnering:

Support and manage Sales HR workstreams across manpower planning, field deployment, incentive governance, productivity programs, distributor/SFA alignment impacts, and channel-wise initiatives. Track and close audits, risk items, and compliance actions related to Sales HR processes.

3. Key Projects:

Sales Workforce Planning & Deployment

- Be a part of live projects to strengthen field processes

Leadership Updates -

Design and publish dashboards for headcount, attrition, hiring funnel, productivity, training coverage, attendance/compliance, and incentive hygiene. Work on Commercial People projects in country determined by Local/ Regional/ Global P&C Leadership Deliver process improvement initiatives related to HR operations.

Duration of the role: Contractual Role - 18 months

About you:

Master's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field. Experience: 1 - 3 years in Human Resources as a generalist HR Strong proficiency in Excel or other data analysis and visualization tools. Strong interest in Sales HR and HR Analytics. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable Passion for People & Culture and has a desire to learn and contribute to a dynamic team
