will provide high-level administrative, operational, and strategic support to the Managing Director. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing reports, handling confidential information, and ensuring smooth communication between the MD and internal/external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the MD's calendar, appointments, and travel schedules.
Organize meetings, conferences, and business reviews, ensuring all materials and logistics are prepared.
Draft, proofread, and manage correspondence, presentations, and reports.
Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries on behalf of the MD.
Coordinate with department heads and teams to ensure timely submission of reports and updates.
Support in decision-making by compiling and analyzing data as required.
Maintain documentation and filing systems (both digital and physical).
Liaise professionally with clients, business partners, and senior executives.
Ensure smooth flow of information between the MD's office and all departments.
Represent the MD's office in meetings when required.
Maintain strict confidentiality regarding sensitive business and personal information.
Handle all matters with integrity and discretion.

Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
High attention to detail and time management.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and Google Workspace.
Ability to work independently and under pressure.

Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in any stream
3-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Management Assistant, or similar role supporting senior leadership.
Experience in a corporate or fast-paced business environment preferred.
