Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support:
Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel.
Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls).
Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, presentations, and memos.
Organize and maintain physical and digital files and records.
Operational Assistance:
Serve as a liaison between managers, staff, and clients.
Collect, analyze, and compile data for reports.
Assist with budget tracking and expense reports.
Manage office supplies and equipment.
Project & Event Management:
Provide support for special projects, including research and analysis.
Plan and organize company outings, events, and conferences.
Help develop and implement department policies and procedures.
Human Resources (Basic):
Assist with recruiting, interviewing, and training office staff.
Handle onboarding and training for new administrative team members.
Monitor employee performance and provide feedback (in some roles).
Essential Skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, Excellent verbal and written communication, Discretion and confidentiality, Problem-solving abilities and proactivity, and Time management and ability to multitask.
