. This is a remote role based in India, with a strong focus on management reporting, MIS preparation, variance analysis, and working with reporting tools and ERP systems.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of accounting and management reporting principles, hands-on experience with financial and MIS reports, strong proficiency in
Power BI
, and working exposure to
Microsoft Dynamics
or similar ERP systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and review monthly management reports, MIS, and financial reports
Perform variance analysis and provide insights to support management decision-making
Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reports using Power BI
Extract, analyze, and validate financial data from Microsoft Dynamics (ERP)
Ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial and management data
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support reporting and analysis needs
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
2-4 years of experience in management accounting, financial reporting, or MIS
Strong understanding of accounting fundamentals and management reporting concepts
Power BI experience is mandatory
Experience with
Microsoft Dynamics (ERP)
preferred
Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
Ability to work independently in a remote environment and meet reporting deadlines
