Purpose of the Job

Overall, the purpose of a management accountant is to support organizational success by providing accurate financial information, insightful analysis, and strategic guidance to enable informed decision-making and drive sustainable growth.




Monthly Reporting of MIS. Monthly Review of BS and Schedules. Helping Finance /Accounting manager- Audit and compliances. Internal Financial Controls - i.e. Continuous monitoring of the process. Guiding Finance Team members - to Accurately Book Cost and revenue. IFRS 16 - compliances. Fixed Assets Accounting. Customer Profitability. Variance Analysis. Withholding tax compliances. Group Audit, Statutory Audit, Tax audit - Primary leadership role. Job Requirements - Experience and Education
Chartered Accountant with 1-2 Years' Experience. Demonstrated experience in financial analysis, including the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and analyze variances. Proven track record in developing, monitoring, and analyzing budgets and financial forecasts. Experience in cost accounting, cost analysis, and implementing cost reduction initiatives.

Additional Requirements:

Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting standards, with experience in preparing financial statements and reports. Experience in establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate the performance of departments, projects, or initiatives. Knowledge of financial risk management principles and experience in assessing and mitigating financial risks. Leadership Behaviors
