Management Accountant. (Australian Accounting)

Role Purpose

Own the first draft of

management reporting, consolidation (MFC/AFC), budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis

across the company; ensure internal policies are applied consistently in partnership with the CFO and Group Financial Accountant.

Key Responsibilities

Management Reporting & Governance:

Prepare monthly

management accounting consolidation

(MFC/AFC), compile variance analysis, and support executive commentary; help ensure

Group accounting policies

are operationalized consistently for internal and statutory contexts (in coordination with CFO and GFA).

Budgeting & Forecasting:

Maintain core planning tools and cycles--including the

Group Business Plan, revenue planning, gross margin reporting, and cash-flow planning

--and track performance vs. budget with variance explanations.

Affiliate Support:

Share templates and mentor basic planning/reporting practices at affiliate level where needed.

Qualifications & Experience

CA (freshly qualified or up to 2 years PQE)

; strong accounting fundamentals and interest in FP&A/management reporting.

Advanced Excel (mandatory)

for consolidation models, variance analysis, and dashboards.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
