Responsibilities Role & Responsibilities Ensuring adherence to process lifecycle & liaising with stakeholders incase of any exceptional scenarios/deviations, guiding team members accordingly Reviewing workload capacity on continuous basis and maintaining a balanced workload among the team members Adhering to compliance, ensuring relevant checks and audits are conducted throughout the process cycle where applicable Handling queries by the recruiters in a timely manner to ensure superior stakeholder experience Acting as a POC for resolving queries that cannot be resolved by the team-members regarding the Contract, documentation, processes, and policies at KPMG Vendor management Consistent collaboration with stakeholders through regular updates & reporting (ECR team, Service Line TS, L&D & other TSO teams) Ensuring timelines and accuracy in the record management tool Proposing and implementing process improvement interventions to further improve TAT, quality of delivery and candidate experience Providing support during the Audits Displaying excellent project management skills to enable team to deliver high quality work on time Reviewing process with continuous improvement mindset, by analyzing issues / challenges / queries Qualifications Graduate/Post-Graduate
