Job Description

A GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Tender Executive manages bids and tenders on the government's procurement portal, handling product catalog management, bid preparation, order processing, and follow-up with government buyers.

Key Responsibilities:

GeM Portal Operations:

Registering company details, products, and pricing on the GeM portal and maintaining the product catalog.

Bid & Tender Management:

Identifying opportunities, preparing, and submitting bids, including technical and financial proposals, for government tenders.

Document Preparation:

Compiling and coordinating all necessary documents and bid submissions, ensuring they are complete and accurate.

Coordination:

Liaising with various departments (e.g., sales, technical, purchase) and with government clients for clarifications and issue resolution.

Order Processing:

Processing orders received through the GeM portal, generating invoices, and ensuring compliance with all terms.

Compliance:

Adhering to GeM policies, terms, and conditions, and staying updated on government procurement policies and compliance requirements.

Payment Follow-Up:

Monitoring payment schedules and following up with government buyers for timely payments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
