We have a critical opening with our client for the Manage Engine Consultant role for Noida Location.
Experience : 2-5 years - Hybrid

We are looking for a ManageEngine Consultant having very good understanding of ManageEngine Service Desk Plus.
Responsibilities:
1. ManageEngine Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of ManageEngine Service Desk plus
2. Workflow Development: Build, optimize, and map additional workflows for ITSM modules like Incident, Service Request, Change, Problem translating them into blueprints and enhancing key data KPIs and metrics.
3. Experience in creating the Business Rules, Incident and Service Catalog creation.
4. Experience in Deluge Scripting.
5. Detailed understanding of Manage Engine Service Desk plus capabilities and limitations.
6. Excellent experience with configuration, customization, administration, and reporting.
7. Should possess good knowledge on Deluge (ZOHO Language) and REST API Integrations
8. Provide end-user training and documentation to ensure proper use of the Zoho system.
9. Continuous Optimization of Zoho.
10. Experienced with other Zoho Apps will be a plus.
11. Coordinating with the client for requirement gathering.
12. Should be capable to handle the project end to end.
