Retired or Experienced Mamlatdar / Revenue Officer
to provide expert advisory and operational support in land revenue matters. The role involves handling government coordination, land documentation, regulatory compliance, and advisory services related to revenue and land administration.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance on land revenue laws, policies, and procedures
Handle and review land records, 7/12 extracts, property cards, mutation entries, and title documents
Liaise with government authorities including revenue departments, collectors' offices, and local bodies
Support land acquisition, conversion, NA permissions, and related approvals
Advise management on land-related risks, compliance issues, and dispute resolution
Coordinate for registrations, stamp duty matters, and legal documentation
Assist in resolving land disputes and revenue-related cases
Ensure adherence to applicable land laws, government regulations, and compliance norms
Provide strategic input for real estate and infrastructure projects
Required Qualifications & Experience
20+ years of experience as a
Mamlatdar / Revenue Officer / Senior Revenue Official
Strong expertise in land revenue laws, documentation, and government procedures
In-depth understanding of local and state-level land regulations
Experience in government liaison and regulatory approvals
Excellent advisory, coordination, and problem-solving skills
Preferred Candidate Profile
Retired Mamlatdar or senior revenue officer
Prior experience working with real estate developers, legal firms, or infrastructure projects
Ability to work independently and provide strategic guidance
